My little sweethearts

Oh how did this little girl grow up so fast?! It is so hard to remember when she was tiny. She has turned into quite the sweet little thing. She is such a great helper - loves to help mommy clean and organize! A girl after my own heart! This age is so wonderful, because for the most part you can reason with them and they understand... which means many tantrums are avoided. She is my girlie girl - loves babies, loves being pretty, loves anything pink (and now a new favorite color is added - red!). She can still be very bull headed and stubborn - Jimmy and Bonnie brought back a shirt for Kaid from vacation that said "Lill Miss Priss" with a princess crown, and didn't they hit the nail on the head - but is amazing how much she has come out of her shell. Starting preschool this year is going to NO PROBLEM! She's so excited. She also starts Soccer in a week and I'm so excited to see how she does.

Oh I can't imagine how life would have been without this little guy. He just lights up everyone's day with his smile. He also makes their legs light up like they are on fire from chasing him all over! :) Such a busy boy! He loves when we sing to him and loves to hum along. Some of his favorites - this little light of mine (he CRACKS up when we do the won't let anyone phfff it out, and hide it under a bushel, NO) twinkle twinkle, and the wheels on the bus. He is all boy, loves balls, loves to bounce balls, kick balls, throw balls - which usually ends up going behind him. His newest gross thing to eat is toilet paper.... I don't know how many times a day I say "Kason, no eating toilet paper!" He climbs on everything, chairs, ladders, couches, the dishwasher. Yep, this boy keeps me busy... one good thing though, he's got depth perception! Yay - so hopefully our lives will be getting much safer soon! For as quiet as he was for most of the first year of his life he sure is getting a little attitude! When he's mad he flings himself on the floor and wails... it's fun. You should try it!

Oh the joys of mommy-hood. Many reminders every day of how blessed we are to have these two in our lives. I'm glad I can share them with you!
